Alex's first race and other stuff.

Alex and Sarah ran a one mile race here in town for fun Saturday morning.  Sarah ran on her own and Alex the whole time holding his dad's hand.  They both did great and got some treats and a medal.

Sarah also had a soccer game on Saturday.  It was beautiful weather.  Here are some pictures. (Sarah is number 7)

The kids also presented me with a wonderful poem that they wrote for Mother's Day. It was very sweet.  Alex and Sarah wrote it together...I am not sure how much Lily helped, but Sarah says she did.  It was my favorite Mother's Day gift.   Enjoy.
